1 red grapefruit

6 green tea bags

2-3 tbsp brown sugar

2 pomegranates

1 cup of ice cubes



For the green tea blend (makes 6 glasses)

1. Bring 8 cups of water to simmer, then remove from heat

2. Add 6 bags of green tea

3.  Let it steep for 3-4 minutes, until it’s just how you like it

4. Remove your tea bags and let it cool down

5. Pour into a pitcher, cover and refrigerate

For the grapefruit essence (1 serving)

1. Pop your grapefruit segments in a pestle and mortar

2. Add 2-3 tbsp of sugar and mix

3. Strain the juice (this is your essence)

4. Refrigerate in a small container



1. Fill a tall glass with ice

2. Add your iced green tea essence

3. And finally, add a tbsp of fresh pomegranate seeds

Slowly pour in your chilled green iced tea blend and serve. Brrr‑eezy.
