Your day is hard work but fun. You’ll start early (6.00am is normal) and put on a fresh clean uniform (that we provide, of course) with your own jeans. You’ll be making the best sandwiches – preservative and chemical free, naturally – with the rest of your team. After your team meeting (every morning, no excuses) you’ll get back to work in the kitchen. Then you’ll sit down to your free lunch. The afternoon is normally spent serving our customers (with a cheery smile, what else?). And when you’ve cleaned everything up, it’s time to go home, ahead of the rush hour.

We pay our hardworking, wonderful staff as much as we can afford rather than as little as we can get away with. Our starting rate for Team Members is $8 per hour, rising to $9.25 after 10 weeks training - including bonus The bonus is weekly and linked to how well your shop fares with the weekly independent mystery shopper. On average, over 80% of Team Members receive their mystery shopper bonus each week. Other benefits include 1 week of paid vacation after 6 months of service, (increasing to 2 weeks in your second calendar year); holiday pay; health benefits after 6 months of full time work; rewards for outstanding service and many more. We're also keen on investing in, training and developing our people (75% of our managers were promoted from within).
