Good & Warming

Oatmeal is a surprisingly tricky dish to perfect (it's taken us years to get ours right). Whole grain oats, cooked in an old fashioned kettle, it's perfect with a topping (or equally delicious on its own). Stirring is good. Boiling is bad. Slowly, slowly simmering is the key. You can't rush a good oatmeal. So we don't.
