What is happening to Coffee Passes?
Our current Coffee Pass program is ending on July 23rd, to make room for our shiny new Pret Coffee Subscription coming in September. You will be able to enjoy unlimited coffee and tea with our Premium and Classic plans that will now auto-renew (phew!) and include other great benefits. Sign up to our email list for early access to the Pret coffee Subscription and get your first month of coffee free!
What happens if I have an active Coffee Pass?
Your Coffee Pass is still active! The Pret Coffee Pass you purchased will be valid for 30 days on your Pret App from your purchase date and will scan in-shop through July 31st. After 30 days your coffee pass will disappear from the ‘Treats’ section of the Pret App.
What happen after July 31st if I still have an active Coffee Pass?
From August 1st-August 9th, you can continue to use the Pret Coffee Pass in your Pret App and show it at the front counter when you order your coffee drink. Simply tap the ‘Treats’ section of the App and your active pass will display. We will email you a new QR code that can be added to your phone wallet and will be good for use starting on August 10th.
Can I still purchase coffee passes?
The last day to purchase a coffee pass is on July 23rd, 2021. After this date, you will no longer be able to purchase a coffee pass through the Pret App.

What is happening to the Pret App?
We are excited to announce that our app will be undergoing a make-over as we work on an update that will make it better than ever! As we work to improve the app, we will be turning it off for a few months to undergo maintenance and plant to have a shiny new app on its way later this year. The Pret App will no longer be available for use in our shops starting on August 1st.
What will happen to my treats and gift card on my Pret App?
You can continue to use your Pret App to redeem treats and gift cards through July 31st. If you still have a gift card balance after July 31st, a refund will be initiated to your credit card account linked to your Pret App. Have any questions or didn’t get a refund? Can I still pay for my food and drinks with the Pret App?
You can continue to pay for your food and drinks with your Pret App through July 31st. Starting on August 1st, you will no longer be able to pay using the Pret App in our shops.
When will the new Pret App launch?
