I'm from Tampa, FL and have been living in Brooklyn for almost 10 years. I've been at Pret for almost 3 years (December). Currently spearheading our US CRM program and helped launch The Pret App, PPU, & Pret Perks early '22.

Content strategy of digital placements, seasonal refreshing of assets and landing pages, promotional activities, optimizing and tweaking UX & UI
Manage current & future eligible products and categories, de-listing items, optimizing offers, & creative refreshes
Partner with UK and Global teams on digital propositions. This includes Club Pret, The Pret App, PPU, Pret Perks, Retention, and CRM optimizations
